Chilli Paneer | Keto Recipes


Chilli paneer – a delicious, spicy, keto-friendly dish that’s perfect for a quick and easy meal.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced paneer (Indian cheese)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, and paneer, and cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili flakes, and garam masala, and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the salt and diced tomatoes, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped cilantro, and serve hot. Enjoy!

Note: You can serve this Chilli Paneer with cauliflower rice or a low-carb vegetable such as broccoli to keep the meal keto-friendly. You can also add protein of your choice, such as chicken or beef, to make it more filling.
