Chilli paneer – a delicious, spicy, keto-friendly dish that’s perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup diced paneer (Indian cheese)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, and paneer, and cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili flakes, and garam masala, and cook for another minute.
- Add the salt and diced tomatoes, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro, and serve hot. Enjoy!
Note: You can serve this Chilli Paneer with cauliflower rice or a low-carb vegetable such as broccoli to keep the meal keto-friendly. You can also add protein of your choice, such as chicken or beef, to make it more filling.
